Texas Barbell Club offers group training times for Olympic Weightlifting throughout the week, located in Central Austin.

GROUP TRAINING

Texas Barbell Club employs a group training model, with operating hours during times when the coach is present. Most team members train 3-5 times a week, with 4 times a week being the most common option. All athletes at Texas Barbell Club train directly under David Griffin or Cari Griffin, from whom they receive their programming, instruction, and coaching. Training times can be found below.

TRAINING TIMES

MORNINGS: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 7:00AM-9:00AM

MIDDAY: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 11:00AM-1:00PM

EVENINGS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 5:00PM-7:00PM, 7:00-9:00PM

WEEKENDS: Saturday - 9:30AM-1:30PM

PRICING

Team members pay $200/month for Texas Barbell Club gym access, coaching, and individualized programming.

REMOTE TRAINING

Texas Barbell Club offers remote training with individualized programming with regular check-ins and feedback. Most team members train 3-5 times a week, with 4 times a week being the most common option. Like in-house athletes at Texas Barbell Club, remote athletes train directly under David Griffin or Cari Griffin, from whom they receive their programming, instruction, and coaching. PRICING
